Three Green Wave Football Games on National TV

I know it’s some old news, but I think it’s worth sharing.

The Ole Miss game at the ‘Dome on Sept 11 will be televised on ESPN2 at 8 PM.  In addition to the Green Wave playing on ESPN2, they will also have two games on CBS College Sports, formerly known as CSTV – at Houston on Sept. 25 at 2:30 p.m. and at Marshall at 11 a.m. on Nov. 27.

The Ole Miss meeting at home will be a huge game for the program.  These National TV events for the Green Wave are a rare treat, and when they have them, the Green Wave must take advantage of them.  National TV games are a chance for the program to build up its reputation and catch the eye of some potential recruits, as they did in the Army game last year on CSTV, when Ross Thevenot kicked the game-winning field goal with 2 minutes and change left.

These games are the building blocks for the years to come, and the Green Wave need as much fan support as possible, especially Sept 11 at the ‘Dome.  ROLL WAVE!
